I work with a New York-based intermediary helping to connect global energy, infrastructure, environmental, and humanitarian projects with investment capital, with a focus on the US$100M to US$5B range. We work directly with a U.S. capital source.

We currently accept proposals for the following types of projects (as examples):

• Infrastructure - mass transit, railways, airports, seaports, roads, bridges, tunnels, water distribution, waste management, flood control, etc.

• Energy - generation, storage, distribution, both traditional and green/alternative projects, oil & gas, solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, biofuels, etc.

• Humanitarian & Socially Beneficial - hospitals, schools, housing, telecommunications, water wells, etc.

• Environmental - brownfield redevelopment, pollution control, waste heat reuse, waste water, natural resource management, etc.

• Technology - incl. R&D and 2nd Tier Financing

• Agriculture - irrigation, drainage, land improvement, soil stabilization, etc.

• Business or Production Expansion

- complete business plan
- executive summary
- 10-year proforma
- signed NDA
