Tell President Obama and Congress to enact legislation that will allow many more of us to "hook up" to the grid.
As it sits right now the ability of us regular citizens to interconnect to the grid varies across our country, some states have generous regulations requiring the utilities to allow a good number of people to hook their private alternative energy systems up to the grid and in other areas there are meager or no such requirements.
