I am currently looking to upgrade both my furnace and water heater. I have started looking into also switching to solar since I reside in the California desert area. The costs are still high but I believe if we as a people will pressure those that represent us we may have a chance at making all energy earth friendly...................

Impressive? Perhaps. I wrote the fully researched, information dense, ~300 page book in about 10 months. The downloadable chapters should give an idea about the nature of the book...
